Terms of service

By buying DATANODE Pro you receive a personal license to call the implemented HTTP endpoints, subject to the published quota of 10,000 requests per UTC month and 60 requests per minute.

You may not resell access, share keys publicly, attempt to bypass authentication, or use the API for unlawful activity. We may revoke keys that violate these terms. The API is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee or third-party certification.

Checkout, disputes, and memberships are handled on Whop. These terms apply to the DATANODE API application itself.
